Our services are made exclusively on the basis of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are considered agreed upon receipt of the goods or services at the latest. Diverging agreements or incompatible contract conditions of the customer are applicable only if they have been confirmed in writing by WHB.
All our quotes are non-binding; acceptance of a quote shall only be binding on us if confirmed by us in writing. Insofar as WHB acknowledges receipt of the order, this does not represent binding acceptance of the order. The contract of sale is brought about only when WHB forwards a binding order confirmation or sends the ordered goods to the customer. If WHB submits an offer, it is non-binding and without engagement. Declarations of acceptance and all orders require our confirmation by letter to attain legal validity. No liability for printing errors. Shown images of different products in the catalogues and on the internet are not binding. WHB reserves the right to change prices and to make technical modifications. The prices are subject to VAT at the respective statutory rate.
The place of performance is Friedrichsdorf Germany. The risk passes to the customer as soon as the consignment has been transferred to the shipper or as soon as it has left our warehouse for the purpose of dispatch.
